How we work, step by step
A 3BHK at Premium level takes about 12 to 13 weeks, from the start of design to handover. Other sizes and quality levels take a different time. Your architect gives you a dated schedule in the first week.

Send us your floor plan. We send back a list of the work involved. It is free, with no obligation.

Consultation
Day 0 to 3
Visit our experience centre in Bommasandra. You can see our materials and our factory in one visit.

Site visit
Week 1
We assign an architect to your project. They visit your home with you and take measurements.

Design
Week 2 to 4
Your architect prepares layouts, 3D views and material samples. You review them together and ask for changes.

Quotation
Week 4
You get a quotation that lists every item separately. You approve it before any work starts.

Making and fitting
Week 5 to 12
We make everything in our own factory. Then our team fits it in your home.

Handover
Week 12 to 13
We check every room with you, fix anything that needs fixing, and hand over.

- Modular kitchens
- Wardrobes and bedroom furniture
- TV units, crockery units, shoe racks, study tables and partitions
- False ceilings, with cove lighting and space to hide AC ducts
- Wall panelling and cladding
- Lighting built into our furniture and ceilings
- Design, including layouts, 3D views, material samples and working drawings
Work we do not take on
- Bathrooms and sanitaryware
- Tiling
- Flooring
- Painting
- Civil and structural work
- Electrical wiring
If you want us to manage that work as well, ask for turnkey. We arrange it through specialists we already work with, and we stay responsible for the whole job.

Our experience centre and our factory are in the same building in Bommasandra. In one visit you can see our materials, sample rooms and the machines that make your furniture. Choose a day and a time, and we will call you to confirm.
