We do not take on bathrooms, tiling, flooring, painting, civil work or electrical wiring. If you want us to manage those as well, ask for turnkey. We then arrange those trades through specialists we already work with, and we stay responsible for the whole job.

About 12 to 13 weeks for a 3BHK at Premium level, from the start of design to handover. Other sizes and quality levels take a different time. Your architect gives you a dated schedule in the first week.

We give a 10-year warranty on the furniture we make, and up to 15 years at Luxury level. It covers the cabinet bodies, the doors and how they are put together. Your handover documents list exactly what is included.

Yes. Many people choose Luxury for the kitchen, because it gets the most use, and Basic for a guest room. If you want to upgrade, start with the cabinet body and the hardware. Over the years those matter more than the outer finish.

Yes. We make it in our own factory at Bommasandra, in the same building as our experience centre. Your order is not sent to an outside workshop.

Not at present. We only take on projects in Bengaluru, where our fitting team can reach the site every day.
